Demerit Points Appeals- If you have been suspended due to a loss of demerit points you may be able to challenge the automatic suspension period imposed by the RTA. Your dire need for a licence and the circumstances surrounding the offence will play a large role in determining whether your appeal will be allowed.
Suspension Appeals- If you have committed a speeding offence that carries an automatic suspension period, or the police suspend you on the spot, you have the right to appeal the suspension in the local court. We will advise you on all of your options, including whether it is in your best interests not to appeal the suspension.
